In this world there are those who lead and those who follow. If you examine the structure of human organizations such as governments and corporations, it becomes apparent that we have many more followers than leaders. I mean, at the top of the organization you have a select few who make decisions and as you move down the pyramid you have those who implement the decisions. If you watch a typical corporate rally you will notice that there is one leader (speaker) at the front and hundreds, if not thousands, of followers listening to him/her. Was humanity designed to function this way? What would the world be like if everyone was a leader? Well if everyone wanted to lead, then nobody would follow. If nobody followed then we couldn’t form organizations like companies and governments. If we can’t form companies and teams then we can’t develop and produce products and services for the masses. So without a majority of followers, civilization as we know it could not exist. So it’s either been designed this way (by God or whomever) OR the majority of people are for some reason choosing to be followers.
